Dubai is an amazing city — in a short period of time, in 20 or 30 years, skyscrapers grew out of the desert, highways were laid, and artificial islands «Palms» were built on the water!
For the Russian tourist in Dubai is better to come in the winter, because in summer it is too hot and unaccustomed. You have to relax in air-conditioned rooms without going outside.
Sometimes I hear from travelers that Dubai is a city without history, because there are no antique buildings and the spirit of the past time. But I think that’s when Dubai makes its history!
