It’s a beautiful city with special architecture. I periodically come here on business trips. You can just walk around the center, visit Independence Square, Khreshchatyk, take a ride in the subway, admire the Dnieper river on the embankment. The nightlife is quite interesting too, there are a lot of nightclubs which work all year round. Very beautiful girls and generally adequate people. Young people are more cooperative and communicate in English. The unfortunate kind of people is better not to approach with questions, as unlikely to be able to help something but to spoil the mood — easily. Some individuals may pretend not to understand you if you address them in Russian, but most respond normally. At night it is better not to visit some disadvantaged areas, such as Troeshchina
