In Rostov-on-Don, you can find modernity and antiquity, a lot of greenery, water, lots of places for entertainment and recreation. Over the past few years have made many improvements in the center, restored old buildings, made pedestrian zones, transformed the embankment. But it’s not just placed for tourists that are being improved — the neighborhoods create squares and recreation areas in the yards of houses. The city is constantly growing and developing.
I would call the weather a minus. In August it’s hot and stuffy, and in February it’s freezing. But if you visit Rostov in late spring or early autumn, the weather will be warm and sunny.
