I’ve lived in Nizhny Tagil all my life. More than half of the city is an industrial zone. There are two industrial giants, UVZ, where they make cars, and the famous Armata tanks, and NTMK metallurgical plant, where they weld metal, make rolled steel, etc. It’s no secret that it is financed by the leftover principle, just as it was, and still is, so life here is not sweet. The ecology is murdered. Salaries are low, strange as it may seem. In general, there is nothing to do here, although there are museums, theater, a few reservoirs. Recently the roads within the city are being repaired. Maybe things will get better, but I can hardly believe it.
