Discussion and comments about the city Cherepovets, Russian Federation

I lived in Cherepovets for 3 years, I couldn’t do it anymore, the city is undeveloped, there is no infrastructure, and the roads are not repaired for years. The ecology is at a low level because there are a lot of industrial emissions. From the pluses, I’d single out low housing prices and prices for some products, which are lower than in many regional cities. Cheap public transport and free parking. Couldn’t live permanently.
