I’ve been here many times, both for work and just for leisure. The first thing that immediately catches your eye, if you arrive by train, is the beautiful building of the railway station, which is made entirely of glass. It’s a beautiful square, paved with paving and it’s been around since the Middle Ages. With the logistics of the city, of course, there are problems, and the bus station is in a terrible condition, but otherwise will give head start to many famous tourist spots of European architecture. Plus a huge number of summer cafes in the season, shopping centers, and a steep soccer stadium, which was completely renovated for Euro 2012.
