    I have been on excursions several times, and overall I liked the city, especially in terms of prices and cuisine. The infrastructure is developed for Eastern Europe, and for an EU-zone country the prices are quite reasonable. Among the sights, I can recommend the botanical garden and the Cismigiu Gardens as must-sees in summer; in autumn, excellent landscapes can be seen in Herastrau Park. Of the architectural structures, one can really enjoy only the Triumphal Arch, Antim Monastery, and the Patriarchal Cathedral. The other sights did not make much of an impression on me personally; their architectural solutions clearly fall short of old Europe in terms of charm.
